Our flagship Sharbati whole wheat is cultivated in the deep, moisture-retaining black cotton soils of Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh—widely recognized across India for yielding the sweetest, most tender wheat grains. Through our direct wholesale collaboration with Dharani Farmers Producer Company (DFPC Ltd.), we source directly from regional cultivators, eliminating intermediary quality compromises.

At our departmental milling units, whole grains are processed using slow, low-RPM natural emery stone chakkis. Unlike modern high-heat roller mills that discard the nutrient-dense germ and outer bran to prolong shelf life, our slow milling preserves natural dietary fiber, healthy fats, and distinct nutty aromas.
